Hypermine was Founded  around Dec. 9, 2012 for a group of friends to play a modded Minecraft FTB modpack. Later, a vanilla minecraft server was setup for 1.8. Hypermine Gaming servers are currently owned and managed by Lapis Lauri since 2015.

Hypermine is currently a diverse group of gaming content creators that is spread across the globe.
